STEP 1

Access The Signup Page

Click “Visit My Store” above, or follow the welcome email inviting you to join Dr. Mark Hanses’ supplement store. Click “Accept Invitation” in that email to land on our store page.

STEP 2

Complete Account Setup

Sign up with your Google or Apple ID, or create a new account. Fill in the requested details and confirm to finish creating your account.

STEP 3

Access Your Dispensary

Once your account is set up, you’ll land in our online dispensary, where you can view your supplement plan, order products, and manage your account settings.

What is this supplement platform?

This is the online platform Dr. Hanses uses to recommend supplements to patients. Once a recommendation is made, you’ll get an email invite to create a login and order any recommended products directly online.

How do I place an order?

Log in to your account, add products to your cart from your recommendations or the catalog (if enabled), then continue to checkout. Enter your shipping address, choose a delivery method, and add a payment method — card, Apple Pay, or another supported digital wallet. Confirm your billing address, review your order, and place it. Your card is charged once the order is placed, and a confirmation email is sent — check spam/promotions if it doesn’t show up.

Can I put my supplements on autoship?

Yes. After placing an order, open the menu and select Autoship. From there you can turn autoship on or off for any item in your order.

Can I order something other than what Dr. Hanses recommended?

These recommendations are tailored to your care, so we’d rather you check with us first. If you’re considering a different product, email info@elevateharkerheights.com and we’ll let you know if it’s a good fit.

How much is shipping, and how long does it take?

Orders over $50 ship free. Below that: Standard (4–7 business days) is $8.75, Priority (1–3 days) is $11.95, and Overnight is $35. Over $50: Standard is free, Priority is $4.95, Overnight is $35.

My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?

Check your tracking link in your confirmation or shipment email first. Carriers occasionally report delays during high-volume periods. If tracking looks stuck, reach out and we’ll help you follow up.

My package arrived warm with a melted ice pack — is my product still safe?

Usually, yes. Temperature-sensitive products are shipped with an insulated pack that typically keeps items cold for about the first day in transit, even once it’s melted.

I’ve worked out hard for 3 decades and never once have needed a chiropractor. Or so I thought. Over night I developed a dull glute pain from a combination of hip mobility drills and golf. Some glute band work temporarily relieved the pain, but it wouldn’t go away. The most specific example of the problem was I could not do a barbell hip thrust. I stopped by Express and chatted with Dr. Hanses for 10 minutes. Nicest guy in the world. The following day I worked out in the morning, still could not do the hip thrust machine, and then went to Express for my first adjustment later that morning. The following day I was able to do the hip thrust machine at maximum weight. Phenomenal work. I’ve continued to go back for follow up adjustments and massages (the combination is vital) and my posterior chain has never felt better. The adjustments need to be paired with massage, mobility, and stability work for maximum effectiveness. But all that to say - just go see Kat and Dr. Hanses.
