Elevate Chiropractic is a walk-in friendly practice; no appointment is required. Online booking is offered through our third-party scheduling provider, Jane (JaneApp), and is subject to its terms. We make reasonable efforts to honor posted hours but may change availability without notice.

Payments & Pricing

Elevate Chiropractic is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance. Posted prices and plan details are subject to change. Membership plans may be cancelled in accordance with their stated terms.

I’ve worked out hard for 3 decades and never once have needed a chiropractor. Or so I thought. Over night I developed a dull glute pain from a combination of hip mobility drills and golf. Some glute band work temporarily relieved the pain, but it wouldn’t go away. The most specific example of the problem was I could not do a barbell hip thrust. I stopped by Express and chatted with Dr. Hanses for 10 minutes. Nicest guy in the world. The following day I worked out in the morning, still could not do the hip thrust machine, and then went to Express for my first adjustment later that morning. The following day I was able to do the hip thrust machine at maximum weight. Phenomenal work. I’ve continued to go back for follow up adjustments and massages (the combination is vital) and my posterior chain has never felt better. The adjustments need to be paired with massage, mobility, and stability work for maximum effectiveness. But all that to say - just go see Kat and Dr. Hanses.
